Led by Stacy, you will learn all about Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga, as there is so much more than just the “physical practice”. The Yamas (moral restraints), Niyamas (observances), asana (posture), pranayama (mindful breathing), pratyahara (turning inward), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (liberation). The first hour is discussion, the second hour is a vinyasa practice to balance the eight limbs . Yoga Alliance approved continuing education credits provided for current yoga teachers. $25
