CANCELLED DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT. In this class, Tina Stephens, RYT200 will teach you how to use your breath to connect with your body and guide you through a series of postures, some seated and some with the option of standing and using the chair for support. As always, options will be given to accommodate for all levels. Chairs and mats provided. Please sign up by Thursday, 3/14. Class will be cancelled if we don’t have sufficient interest.
