During this 5 week series, you will learn how to coordinate breath and movement to sustain and preserve the body – and the mind – for life. We will learn how breath supports our movement & vital systems and learn some every day posture and breathing practices to help us develop a home practice.
Each session, we will cover a different type of posture and movement of the spine, learning their purpose and primary and secondary functions in service of our movement patterns, alignment and the stability and maintenance of our musculoskeletal structures.

Cost: $135 for the entire 5 week series, $30 per class
